Yes its Close Enough atleast.
should not make any significant difference for a torpedo shoot.

In game we have now x0.6 | x1.5 | x6 magnification ...
I think x1 | x2 | x3 corresponds to that in game x0.6 | x1.5 | x6 magnification..
So with my example: I measured at x1.5 a mast height of 9.9, ships mast is 29.6m..
29,6/9.9 *30 *10 = 897m of range
On the map it gave me a distance of 950m, so the formula seems to work. Thanks!
1 x zoom Mast / meridians = meters x 10
2x zoom -----------II---------- x 30 = meters x10
3x zoom ---------- II-----------x 110 ---------II------
1.) In game selected the x1.5 zoom ratio at the attack periscope
2.) the enemy ship has a mast height of 29.6 m
3.) optical mast height in periscope is 9.9
4.) I know, enemy ship is about 950m away (measured on map with tool)
Mast height / by meridians x 50 = meter x 10
29.6 / 9.9 * xx = ?? * 10 = range in m

"2x zoom" ~ *50
"3x zoom" ~ *170
Can I set periscope to x2 or x3 somehow?
But game only gives me x0.6, x1.5 and x6. So, which multiplier to I have to use when using x1.5 zoom in game?
Please tell me what I am doing wrong..
