Striders Utilize Warp Cannons

Description
Are you tired of the fact that Striders only use their warp cannons during scripted sequences?
Are you looking for an addon that makes 'em use the warp cannons in regular combat?
Then look no further, for this addon implements just that!

ConVars:

npc_strider_usecannon: Allows toggling the Strider's use of warp cannons in regular combat.
npc_strider_cannon_mincooldown: The minimum cooldown between warp cannon shots.
npc_strider_cannon_maxcooldown: The maximum cooldown between warp cannon shots.

its cool but for example theres almost no explosion effect and often misses im glad you will be reworking it

well the combine soldiers from the random combine modpack have them rappel, if that is what you are looking for

I assume this is some type of node the combine use, I will check this out and see if I can implement it into lua.

a very good improvement, but here I have a question: would it be possible to create a mod or script that would work on Combine soldiers and activate the ropes near the obstacle so that the npc could go down? (this solution was in Half-Life 2 Episode One)
