Blades of Chaos - Feat Blocker for Admins

Description
This mod blocks the feat for the Blades of Chaos and add's an admin spawn only item to teach the feat so Admins can regulate the usage as they see fit or set up rewards.

- The teaching item is named "Scroll (Blades of Chaos)" Item# 80370606

- A server wipe may be required if players already learned the feat. Their may be way's around this, (Pippi or something) I don't know. I'm not a server owner...

Mod Load order :
- Put this mod directly under the Blades of Chaos mod.
