It is time to show the world The Brotherhood is not in Limbo, that we are not lifeless. GDI are holding a Victory parade in a thriving farming Town. You're to be given control of the Black Hands most successfully 'chosen' initiates, take them into town & scorch everything in Kanes name. Let the world know that the Black Hand order is alive.

Units are limited but you command your first detachment of Black Hand Elite. Our Black Hand squads are what every Brotherhood member aspires to be. Purge in the name of Kane.
