Description
I found a meme on Telegram that I thought was funny, so I decided to use it to create a small mod for Hoyka, which replaces the standard portrait of Stalin with a portrait of Stalensky.

Text on the second half of the meme: “Mobilize 30 million Ukrainians”.

The rights to the meme belong to its creators, whoever they are. Editing the meme for a portrait for the game was done by me.
