Not So Useless Pet

Description
The developers have endowed pets with personality traits, and till current version, pets don't have much utility besides being cute and occasionally hungry.
Following the principle of "use it or lose it," this mod was created to give purpose to these otherwise overlooked features.


Pets will acquire corresponding personality points based on their owner's behavior, and after their personality is fixed, a prefix will be added to their name accordingly.
--The original version comes with inherent traits. Please refer to the DST Wiki for more detail --

When pet getting the prefix, feeding pet again will gain special buff or ability to pet or yourself.

@ Greystar The way the prefix work is in the base game code, just like taming a buffalo, it has the hidden meter to determ which Traits the per will be set to.

By default the Traits will be assigned at the 10th day from the day your pet is obtained, and after that once the condition(re-assign Traits) has been met, the new Traits will be assign in about 4days)

Okay I'm trying to get my dragonfly pet the Well fed/Plump Prefix, I've been feeding it spicy chili but I haven't seen any change for a prefix or anything. I know I do have the mod installed on my server. Need more information.

@capsulae 根据Wiki来看,
刚召换的宠物会在10天后根据最高特征值来获取对应特征
已获得特征宠物的会在1.75到2.25天 重新根据特征值来重设
如果宠物的特征值都降为负数宠物会失去当前特征并在3.75到4.25天后进行重设

另外,宠物的特性会发生改变啊?我从斗志变成了聪明特性之后,喂食时候档崩了,发现是在critters.lua第53行,componets,应该是components。

多次喂食特效可叠加,攻击力能无限制叠加,这应该是个BUG吧?

wow nice, but maybe +50% is too much. Abi makes just +10% for example. But nice to see functionable pets
