Have you heard of "Dream Scene" included as part of "Windows Vista Ultimate Editions"? Dream Scene gave you the ability to set a video as for you Windows desktop background, essentially giving you "animated wallpapers". While, Dream Scene was never reintroduced in Windows 7 and later versions, you can still enjoy a more dynamic desktop wallpapers with apps such as "Wallpaper Engine" and "Lively Wallpaper", Alhamdulillah!
