RAA- Fieldphone

Description
This mod adds a "functional" Fieldphone [trello.com]item that allows players to talk with each other using pair of wired, landline connected phones.

DISCLAIMER: KNOWN TO CONTAIN BUGS, IN SOME CASES MIGHT COMPLETELY FAIL TO WORK! You have been warned.

This was originally part of RAA main mod but was seperated as I was unable to get this to work reliably enough.

PROVIDED AS-IS, bug reports are accepted but it's unlikely I will ever be able to fix them :(
