[CW 2.0] Italian Weaponry FIX

Description
This fixes the carcano from https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2090977678 italian weapons.

Full credits to cheesus since he made these weapons work i just had to fix the carcano since the reload for individual bullets wasn't working. bad news the scopes were mostly causing the problems so i removed them

if another bugs pop up let me know

@fredsmil111 like i said each problem is within the lua code it too me and a dude who knows lua to find the problem and it was attachments
