Description
This is a radar that has a separate track radar and search radar. It also simulates a simple form of environmental noise. this can be adjusted with the appropriate settings how strong the noise should be and if you want to have it at all. with the GUI setting you can adjust it to different screens. the min range setting is for filtering out close objects on the radar screen like your ship people on the ship or objects on the ship.

-GUI Size is the distance in pixels between the centre point and the radar edge
-Noise strength is the setting with which you can determine the maximum brightness of the noise from 1- 255
-pixel density determines the maximum number of pixels that can be displayed 1- 10 note that 10 does not mean 10 times as much but 1/10 of the total pixel width (GUI size)
-noise stretching it is the stretching of the individual noise points and determines whether they are a line or a point this is a pixel specification and goes from 1-10 which means that e.g. the 1 , 1pixel large noise generates while 10 stretches the noise pixels to 10 pixels long
- distance noise indicates how much the pixels randomly deviate from their actual distance in pixels 1-10. this ensures that no circles are formed, especially in the case of stretched pixels with a low density of noise, but for a larger interspersion.
In the
-track area you can set whether the cursor has lines from the centre to the edge or not.
-MIN Range specifies the minimum range a radar ping must have
-With Noise you can set whether you want to have noise or not

You should add seat control descriptions in the seat so the operator can see the controls.

It's my favorite radar avalaible on the workshop :D

Im planning to make an Air to Air variant, it just need an pivot for elevation/depression and something to indicate it to the pilot.

Would be really interesting to see a version with land shown GPS style but it only shows up with the scanning of the radar and fades out until the next scan.

Bloody Excellent! also works well as an air to ground track radar, for surface targets... I'm building an F22 with a multimode HUD & I tried to make your MC a touch screen for the cursor with invisible arrows, and a forward cone arc, instead of a full circle. but not so successful. Just need an epic AA SR/TR radar now on a decent C-Scope with the noise!. Well done:steamthumbsup:

I originally made it for a 3x3 screen but with the GUI setting you can adjust it to the size you need.
