Sonic 2 Starpost over Checkpoint

This might cause the checkpoints in some areas to disappear when the ceiling is too low, but it works most places. This changes the sound effects, the sprites, and the object files themselves, so it may not be compatible with mods that also change the checkpoint object.
I've tested it with frackin' universe, and it's compatible.
Sorry if the sprites aren't very good, i'm not really an artist. I used the sprites from sonic pocket adventure as a base for scaling.
