[High elves] reskin mod compilation

Description

The mod is a graphic overhaul that changes High elves units to a new stylish look. This mod is purely graphical and does not change unit stats.
The primary objective is to remove the fabric at the center of the skirt, increase the number of armor sections, and incorporate more plate mail to make the High Elf infantry appear more majestic and better equipped to face threats from the Chaos.
