  • SP and MP compatible
  • Send Civs/Mils/Dockyards
  • Having a full list of your active trades
  • Canceling Trades if both parties agree
  • You can choose whether to allow trading within a faction or not (in the game setup)
  • Ai can not use this tool

The Factory Trade Tool (FTT) allows you to send factories to other countries.
You can choose the type of factory you want to trade, either Military Factories, Civilian Factories or Dockyards.
You can select the amount of factories you want to trade and the duration the trade will last.
After the trade duration has ellapsed the factories will be sent back to you.

All active trades will be listed in the active trades window.
There you can see the trade partner, the amout of factories traded, the type of factory traded, the date when the trade will end and if you recive factories (arrow to the left) or you send factories to an other country.

By pressing the trash can you can ask your trading partner if they would like to cancel the trade. If they agree the trade will be canceled and the factories will be sent back.

You can access a tutorial/help ingame by pressing the question mark on the top left-hand corner after you have opend the window.

Opening the Factory Trade Tool Window:

You can move this button by draging it just outside the visible background of the button

Why the new mod?
I have already created a mod called Factory Trade Tool but I decided to completely redo it.
I have changed the approach of storing the trades - now using arrays - in order to get rid of the 5 trades trade limit - now you can trade an infinite amount at the same time.
Furthermore, I have added an active trades list which shows all current trades.
I also added the functionality to cancel active trades, which was not possible in the older version.
Besides that I approached the whole backend differently which should hopefully be more performant and less buggy.
In addition to that the mod has a propper tutorial now.

What a find! I often play as Italy, and it feels cheesy to let Ethiopia just stand there taking allied troops in basically 0 supply terrain, but with this i might just be able to give them enough mills in order to take on the front. :Cadet_hoi::steamhappy::steamthis:

What do you receive in return when you trade your factories if this is a "trade" ?
