скачай vehicle radio и напиши в консоль бинд на команду +vehicles_radio_gui чтобы при нажатии на клавишу включалась менюшка выбора песен.
например:
bind "k" "+vehicles_radio_gui"

+ нужно чтобы ты был в транспорте, чтобы включить песню.
