Mission 12: Finale

Our research has brought us to new evolutionary levels and GDI are deeply concerned, fearing a 2nd war. Our Cybenetics division has developed new experiemental technology which is proving promising. The future is seemingly bright for the Black Hand and in turn the Brotherhood, and the time is right to strike a fatal blow to GDI's fragile grip of the world.
GDI World Leaders as well as the good Dr Mobius are gathered at a conference in South Africa. With the world watching eagerly awaiting what GDI will do next, we are going to deliver our own brand of science to them. We've developed our newest weapon, The Catalyst Warhead. Still in experimental stages of course and I see no better opportunity to test it.

Now listen, GDI are fully aware of our potential and willingness to use our new weapon against them, they WILL send everything they have at you and I mean everything. I highly encourage a defensive stance and scouting them out while you do so. All you must do is pinpoint where this conference is being held and our warhead will do the rest.
Ultimately however I have left the battlefield in your hands, if you feel you can go toe to toe with GDI's full power you have my blessing.
You've done a lot for the Brotherhood, Oxanna! Now, finish the Story, and deliver unto them my fury, my vision.
