Based on original "Furskin Furry Fix" by johnsoncool676

Removes Furskin and Pig Nose gene romance chance debuff. Furskin no longer prevents beards.
Prevents Furskin from forcing head types onto pawns. Cosmetic head genes will no longer conflict with furskin!

According to original author, also removes similar beard/romance modifiers from:
Biotech Expanded - Mammalia
Vanilla Races Expanded - Saurid
Biotech - Insectoid Genes
and Ferian Race - Biotech

You don't need to have any of these mods installed to use this mod.
