Description
When you need something more efficient for Vault Door penetration.

Mod Contents

Mod adding Thermite charges, that allowing to efficiently destroy buildings with very big durability. Was intended as an alternative to hacking of Vault Doors from Odyssey and VFE-Ancients.

Pawn can wear Thermite backpack with Thermite charge frames in it. Backpack will allow deployment of Thermite charges on nearby buildings. When deployed each Thermite charge deal up to 10.5K dmg to building over time.

Thermite charge
Thermite charge allowing to deal heavy damage to buildings in order to break through enemy fortifications.

Thermite charge frame
A device containing a pyrotechnic composition capable of creating bursts of heat and high temperature in a small area, which allows it to handle the most refractory materials.
Cost to make: 25 Steel, 1 Component, 75 Chemfuel

Thermite backpack
A backpack with several thermite charges and tools to install them. Each charge allows to deal heavy damage to buildings in order to break through enemy fortifications.
Can hold up to 6 Thermite charge frame
Cost to make: 50 Steel, 1 Component, 6 Thermite charge frame

Mod Compatibility

Should have no compatibility issues with other mods.

Supported languages: English, Russian.

Add/Remove

Vault Hunters mod should be safe to add to existing save. But when you want to remove it, better make backup save just in case and remove all mod items from pawns and map.

I dont know how ive missed this until now, I've been looking for a breaching charge/similar that wasnt just a thrown weapon! (VE bomb pack was unfortunately not shrimply xml so i couldnt do it mysef either!)

It would be awesome if you could! I tried tweaking the numbers both up and down but they either didnt do anything, or totally broke it making it do 0 damage which was kinda funny. There was:
minDamageToFragment 15
defaultDamage 1

I see the recipe, textures and other things but am having a hard time with finding the actual damage dealer for the walls in this mod. You dont have to make it in xml i was just wondering which actual value to change in order to change it! If you do that is awesome or if you remember also fantastic!!! Thank yoooou!!!!!!

JessieFeathers, it one of my oldest niche mods, so iirc all values was in code itself. Cause never was thinking that someone would want to make it faster. I can try put them in xml, but a bit later, if you need.

Hey! I had a quick question: how did you do the wall damage for this mod? I am trying to tweak it a little to make it faster. I was going through the files and I could not find a way to change the damage the little charge did to the walls. I am looking in the Defs files, am I missing something?
I am just trying to change this for myself to make walls faster to breach haha. Thank you bunches!!
