Enemy Armors

Description
Enemy Armors

+ Changes enemy armor loadouts
+ Cover more but not all body parts of enemies with armor
+ Increases tactical depth for your shot placement and which ammo types to use
+ Compatible with armor mods and randomizer mods

Description

Have you been in the situation when you load AP ammo in your gun and then meet the enemy only wearing pants again?

Have you been in the situation when you recognize, most of the time the head of the enemy is uncovered from armor, while it is anyway the most rewarding spot to shoot at?

So why use AP ammo at all, if you can almost always shoot at uncovered heads or chests?

-> Enemies will have more spots covered with armor.
-> Important spots, such as the head, are more likely to be covered with armor.
-> More enemies wear full armor or close to full armor but vast majority of them remain not to.
-> Using AP ammo will be more important but not the end all be all.
-> Enough body parts of enemies remain uncovered for your non AP ammo to stay useful.
-> Marksmanship of your mercs and weapon accuracy will be more impactful for precise shots on those body parts, which remain uncovered.
-> Progession system that allows later stage enemies to have more body parts covered with armor than in early stages.

Enemy Armors is designed to be a baseline mod which can be played vanilla and combines with other (armor) mods, such as C-UAE Cross-Mod Universal Armament Expansion, BCE Armors, More Armor, Timmeh's Armor Overhaul & Tactical AI Project.

In order to use Enemy Armors with Tactical AI Project, please make sure to go to mod options and switch off the loot replacements of Tactical AI Project. This is required for playing Tactical AI Project together with the BCE mod collection and several of the other named mods in any way.

Hello! I don't see any loot replacements setting in Tactical AI Project mod options.

@Shuri-Sama what other mods do you use?

i tried it. sadly have deactivated it. in the first sector with top team and gear i got annihilated - they killed 2 ppl of mine already in the first round xd - thats absolut insane ^^

I believe so, headshots are one-hit kills less often now, especially on marauders. Goons still usually go down to one.

Yeah. It works as a baseline for the other armor mods. This mod just makes sure enemies spawn with more armor covered body parts. The armor mods + C-UAE decide which armors these gonna be.

Do you recognize the difference when playing?

I was excited when I saw this, then figured it would conflict with More Armor...so it's a nice surprise that you made it compatible with so many mods!
