BRO DONE CUT HIS HEAD OFF WITH PINGAS

- Replaces Pinking Shears with PINGAS Shears (it's the exact same functionality)
- Replaces Blood Donation Machine texture with PINGAS Machine texture (still functionally identical)
- Replaces shearing / blood dono withdrawal sound effect with PINGAS
- Replaces Blood Donation Machine death icon with PINGAS
