Villiage Militia Changes

Description
Added 4 upgrades to Villiage Militia to make it more geared towards protecting far off cities that would be more susceptible to raids and not so reliant on the nation's army or mercenaries, or at the very least, delay enough that not as much damage is done before you arrive.

Now you can build bowmen in all towns without strictly needing the Armory!

Any issues or suggestions, let me know.

@𝒮𝒪𝐿𝒜𝐿𝐵𝒱𝒮: I don't know if you're still playing or modding this anyway..About removing kingdom types: REPLACE (in your mod) with a "delete Duchy" the line containing the kingdom type, for each geographical area. About changing kingdom types: check the localization files (language.csv and some other kingdom type.csv) and update the strings you want. Should you need something more complex than that feel free to contact me. Remember that the language.csv file cannot be renamed into something else. Cheer.

@Selez that at the very least is really all i ask for, It was you who gave me advise many many moons ago in regards in how to attach buildings to others building as upgrades etc. So i have much faith in your abilities.

I have a request, if willing i'd even conjure up a payment for such a task, but i've for the longest of times been attempting to erase "Kingdomtype" localisations or simply find a way to remove the "kingdomtype" attachment from nations, so as to give me the ability to rename nations at will for example as it stands now: if i were to rename the "Ayyubids" on the campaign map to the m"Ayyubid Caliphate" when conducting diplomacy or simply in the menu it'll read "Caliphate of Ayyubid Caliphate" Which obviously makes no sense what so ever.

Its interesting because the game clearly allows for a nation to be without a kingdomtype designation, examples being "The Latin empire" and the "Papal States"

It would take time for someone to train in order to become an archer. Not something the average peasant would be capable of... Crossbowmen on the other hand... would be easy to train... But a good mod in any case, I always found village militia kind of weak as a building.
