Attis Military Industry secretly developed an attack type shuttle testing machine based on the civilian "Selkie" shuttle boat sold by the Europa Coalition, with requirements for lightweight materials, high mobility, high self-defense firepower, and rapid deployment. It is the first shuttle boat designed in the "Pelican" project and has not yet been put into mass production as it is still in the testing stage.

在渊洋航线中回收到的沉船日志中，有零散的目击报告称被外观类似“海豹”的不明新式舰艇袭击，但阿提斯军工的发言人否认了其是袭击中遗失的秘密兵器的可能性，并称这只是被袭击船只的船员在海盗登船前过度恐惧导致的错误判断。
