Watch out for this "Mad Dog" blessed with the divine powers of Fenrir who leads the "wolfpack" at the Shadow Decree.

Freddy is a Fighter Esper who deals more damage the lower his current health.
Freddy's Thrill of the Hunt deals considerably more damage the lower Freddy's current HP.
Similarly, Claw of Greed grants Freddy a bonus Pursuit attack with an increased C. RATE that ignores some DEF when Freddy has less than a certain percentage of HP remaining.
Wolf Strike complements these two abilities by allowing Freddy to survive a bit longer at death's door with an ATK Up and Standoff buff.

Freddy strikes an impressive figure among the Shadow Guards, and his boisterous and vain personality only makes him stand out more. In the Shadow Decree, him and his reckless and violent tendencies found a place to belong.

Despite being aggressive and hot-headed, Freddy is a respected enforcer among the guards, and is often trusted with important missions. Throughout the main story, Freddy often confronts Brynn avatar Brynn and the other Union members on behalf of Anesidora avatar Anesidora, who is his direct superior.

For a guy of his temperament, Freddy cares a lot about his appearance and always keeps up with the newest trends and fashions. He takes great pride in doing so, even if his colleagues, like his partner Leon avatar Leon, don't fully understand the sentiment. Despite their frequent arguments and differences in personality and work ethic, Leon and Freddy are effective as partners and depend on each other when it counts.
