Bretonnian Heroes Get the Same Initial Vows as Lords

Description
The title pretty much says it all.

Bretonnian Lords have a Vow system where fielding more advanced knightly units requires completing certain vows -- the Knights Vow, the Questing Vow, and the Grail Vow. Each has three options to complete. However, as you can imagine, starting from scratch from the first vow in the late game would be tedious and difficult to manage.

The developers knew this, and thus gave players a way to start with the first and eventually second vow completed with new Lords. The Chivalry mechanic gives global benefits as your Chivalry increases. One of these bonuses (at 4,000+ Chivalry) is Lords starting with the Knights Vow. Another (at 8,000+ Chivalry) is Lords starting with the Questing Vow.

Starting with the Questing Vow unlocked late-game is important in particular because it has three specific options:

1, win a battle at sea
2, win a siege battle in the desert or jungle
3, defeat a Legendary Lord of the Dark Elves, Greenskins, Ogres, or Beastmen.

Later in the campaign, these are all a lot harder to do since you've presumably cleared out the sea threats, taken over enemies in the desert or jungle, and eliminated any nearby Dark Elves, Greenskins, Ogres, and Beastmen.

The Knights Vow can be as simple as "Rank up 5 times" and the Grail Vow can be as simple as "Kill five enemy Lords in battle." It's really the Questing Vow that becomes the roadblock.

Bretonnian Heroes also use this system, though purely for personal power rather than dealing with the different tiers of knightly units (and it was only added to Damsels recently). But unfortunately the Chivalry vow bonuses don't apply to Heroes, just Lords. Which means your Lords are starting with the Questing Vow but any Heroes in the Lord's army are starting from square one...and in particular completing the Questing Vow is again, a personal roadblock for the Heroes that is extremely difficult to complete late-game, even when you're otherwise recruiting level 20+ Heroes.

Hence this mod. If Lords get the Knights Vow, so do Heroes. If Lords get the Questing Vow, so do Heroes. And everyone has to earn the Grail Vow. A newly formed army can work through their vows together rather than the Heroes needing to play catch-up to the Lord's vow status.

For ze Lady!
