Description
Though to be fair, "seen" is a tiny bit of a stretch as the only time a ship of the Cheyenne Class (the USS Ahwahnee NCC-73260) was shown on screen it appeared as a small spot in the background to hide the fact that no one had damaged the Cheyenne studio model for the Wolf 359 Graveyard Scene (in case you're curious about the canon design of the Cheyenne Class visit http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/articles/cheyenne.htm).

The U.S.S. Nexus, NCC-100452* of the Cheyenne Class is the first in a line of smaller ships i have planned that all use the same standardized saucer section. It is an adaptation of one of the ships made for the Wolf 359 Graveyard Scene as depicted in the Star Trek: The Next Generation 2parter "The Best Of Both Worlds". Together with her sister classes New Orleans, Springfield, Challenger and Freedom the Cheyenne Class uses a standardized Saucer of roughly half the size of a Galaxy Class Primary Hull; building one saucer with a nice interior in Space Engineers and adapting it into each class seems like a nice long term side project. Please note that this line of replicas is meant to be sort of a vacation project - they're build to resemble their studio models closely but have limited interior decoration and less actual features than my Galaxy Class. The Wolf 359 Graveyard Fleet comes equipped with a primitive yet functioning conveyer system; please note that, due to the limited space inside these smaller vessels, an upgrade to the ships' systems is harder than on the Galaxy.

This is the first upload of the Nexus, and while the exterior is close to done there is much work needed on the interior design (for example the ship doesn't have a proper Bridge yet). The Wolf 359 Graveyard Fleet Project does not have any sceduling; i work on it exclusively when i'm bored, want to work on it or when SE has lost another one of my Galaxy Master Files and i need something to cheer me up. If you don't like unfinished ships please do not download this world.

To Do List:

-) The Bridge, Ready Room and Meeting Room need to be filled with their respective interiors.

-) The ship needs a proper Brig.

-) The ship needs a secondary (and maybe tertiary) small Hangar to store at least two Workbees.

-) I need to install more Thrusters. The Cheyenne Class is just small enough to potentially be fast.

-) Likewise the ship needs more Gyroscopes.

I think i'm going to adapt the old interior to this new hull and upload a proper version plus an empty seperately.

Hm.... i may or may not smell an update in the future. Not sure what kind of form it will take yet. Hull's updated though.

@Sorron nope, but extremely outdated. (i used a white skybox mod for some screenshots but the world itself is vanilla)
