EA Paradise v3.0.0d

Description
Paradise is a faraway land, where it is said the moon draws especially close to earth.
The cast-off dreams and detritus of the moon have greatly affected it, but none more then the exile of a thousand moon-dwellers.
The nation is very loosely inspired by the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, and more closely by the Touhou interpretation of that story.

Thus far only EA Paradise is fully implemented as a complete nation.
EA Paradise is a magical land ruled by powerful and xenophobic Celestials, embittered by their exile and the rank impurity of the Foul Earth.

Future ages of the nation, as well as a freespawn spin-off(freespawnoff?) are planned eventually.

I am trying to make a nation roughly within the power range of vanilla nations, so any balance complaints/notes are welcome.

Mod Compatibilities:
-The .dm file lists the id ranges used in the mod, as is good practice for mods
-The only mods 100% guaranteed to be compatible are other mods I made, anything else might well have an overlap
-For use with other nation mods I recommended the Domingler[dominionsmods.com] in dom5, but it may not work in dom6.
-The mod generally tries not to modify anything outside of the nation itself, but it does do the following:
-Several of EA Paradise's unique spells make use of event codes in the nation's capital. If another mod relies on event codes in foreign capitals, then those will break.

Fixes the "Celestial Threshold has fallen into disrepair" event from triggering without a Celestial Threshold. Also reduced the number of pearls it gives: It's supposed to be a *bad* event.

@zyrax That's because it doesn't give any gems or allow recruitment of any units. It's used in some rituals, however.

Event text for when the moon invasion backfires still references the Selenai and the Great Mirrorlake, rather than the Celestials and the Sunless Sea.

No that's quite right, I did forget province defense. Should have an update later today fixing that.

Awesome mod! Question though: Is the nation supposed to have national province defense? Forts are giving me militia PD, and non-forts are giving me the land's regular PD.

Selenia was always a favorite of mine in dom5. Relearning what this newer iteration is like will be fun.
