Bill Head - Less Beard

Description
Finally, we learn why Bill has no beard in his deathpose!

Removes the beard part of his hair texture, still keeps the little bits of hair at the top of his head.

Also made the beret a bit of a darker green cause it looks better

how has no one done this yet lol
