Flotsam Reinforce Shek Allies

Description
Very simple mod that removes the condition for not being a Shek ally on the Flotsam Ninjas reinforcement raid, allowing them to come assist you even if the shek are coming too. Which is how all other allied reinforcement raids work.

Yeah, it would not have. I'm not sure how nobody noticed that this whole time. xD

Does this actually work? Looking at the code, I see it replaces:

player is ally flotsam (not shek) : 1
with
player is ally flotsam: 0

Which seems like it would only trigger if you are NOT an ally of Flotsam?
