This is a mod that modifies Bill's outfit to Doug Rattmann's outfit from the portal "Lab Rat" comic.


FEATURES
-A new model for Bills model to put him in Doug Rattmanns outfit
-also works as a generic new outfit for Bill (sorta)
-cool lab coat
-gun holster
-view model (slightly different from model)
-replacment for Bills corpse as well
-eye tracking and facial animation (duh)
-vgui icons (custom made!)
