Description
Connectors + Collectors V2 is a replacement for my original Connectors + Collectors mod which had to be made to fix an inherent issue with the original mod.

Since the original mod used the model orientations of Officer Skidmark's old mod (to make them interchangeable) it was causing issues when these connectors were used to eject items as the ejection orientation is hard coded into the game and all of the blocks in the mod were rotated 90 degrees from the vanilla connector block. This meant that depending on how these were placed in a build it could cause ejected items to spawn inside the connector or surrounding blocks which could lead to Clang or even game crashing if enough items were ejected and got stuck inside blocks.

As a result of this model orientation change, both Officer Skidmark's mod and my original replacement mod are NOT interchangeable with this V2 mod. I decided to release it as a standalone so as to prevent breaking any existing builds using my original version. This way if you have existing builds with the old connectors in them you can load up both versions of the mods and switch out the old connectors. I've updated the old version of the mod and added an 'OLD' tag to the icon for each of the blocks to make it more obvious which blocks are from which mod since physically they look identical.



This version
This mod contains all the same blocks as my original mod with the same functionality, just rotated 90 degrees to align with the vanilla connector orientation.
In addition to the original blocks I have also added two small grid variants of the 1x1 Armored Connector and 1x1 Conveyor Connector which use the new 'Small Connector' type so they are compatible with the new vanilla Small Connector.

also a 1x1x1 half slab small grid connector , doesn't exist anywhere on the workshop, so you'd be the first

hey i was wondering if you could add a 1x1x1 half slab connector for small grids, it would have a conveyor port on the bottom. i know its possible due to AWG having a flat 1x1x1 small grid connector

@SirApex That's odd, I checked them all in my test world and was able to pass items correctly, though if it also affects vanilla it's probably a game issue.

One thing though, because you mentioned trade setting, if you're not docked at an economy trade station you need to turn the trade setting to off as it only works for the economy trade stations buying/selling. Other than that though, I have no idea I'm afraid. :(

Yes, as to transfer objekts from a ship to a base or the other way around.
Seams like it is an old rare bug when i google it.

Yes your right I forgot that there was a second set of small connectors, my bad. What's funny is I had them in my hotbar when I built the other one on the grid I was working on at the time.

@Dragon Fire 813 there are two variants of the small connectors in the mod, one which has the large connector type (to maintain functionality of original mod for people who don't want to use different connector sizes) and one with the small connector type.
The versions with the small connector type have an SC suffix and the icon says "Small Connector" in red text. They're at the end of the scroll options.
