I'd like to report that it's not working on MP. people who try tro join see a blank space, which weights 0mb.

@Exzybit it makes it so more loot Spawns in Survivor Homes and in more rooms

By default loot only generates in the Kitchen and Bathroom of Survivor Homes. Now it's in all the rooms and you get more varied loot overall such as the HAM radio included in the screenshot
