Better Effect + Faceposer sprites

Description
(1st image is the original sprites, second image is the new ones)

Replaces grip, grip_hover, and faceposer_indicator. Now they aren't in the way when you're trying to position small effects/face muscles

Even though that other mod for the face poser does exist, i still think you should do the orange circle for the poser effects just for consistency
