Add NPC talk options

Description
(This mod probably won't get updated, nor should there ever be a need unless the devs changes the DramaDialogue ID for talking to NPCs)

Compatible with:
- "Team Up With NPC"
- "Return Of The Overlord v1.4.5": Will be redundant when newer versions of that mod are released

Features:
- Breakthrough bottleneck
- Give Realm-breakthrough materials
- Break bond with NPC
- Make NPC the leader of the sect that my character is currently standing on

@Sen'val Dos your game installation still have MelonLoader? If you deleted version.dll from the game files, DLL mods won't load.

I can't seem to get this to work, adding it in and no additional option appears, I did install Team Up With NPC and that one shows up in the options.

Thank you very much, I have been trying to add options this way for a long time, but I have never been successful. Finally someone kind enough to share an OpenSource Mod has appeared.
