Diglett

Description
Diglett digs into battle! Earthquake your way to Smack Heaven!

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: DIG
Diglett quicly ducks underground. Diglett can move while this move is happening. If B is pressed, Diglett comes out and attacks the opponent. If no button is pressed, Diglett will come out in about 3 seconds.

SIDE SPECIAL: MUD BOMB
Diglett throws a ball of mud. Explodes on impact.

UP SPECIAL: AIR BALLOON
A balloon suddenly appears above Diglett. Upon contact with the balloon, Diglett flies upwards.

DOWN SPECIAL: MAGNITUDE
Basically DK's Down B. The move keeps going if you press the B button.

ULTRA: ???
??? pops out and ??? the opponent. After some time, ??? digs underground.

Neutral Special is too strong haha! It needs a nerf. I wanted to like it though because it's fun to use!
