Challenge: The Basement Roulette

Description
This mod features a unique strategetic challenge, inspired by a videogame that uses shotgun to play Russian roulette.
Also comes with 9 new pocket items, each has their own tricks in and outside the challenge.

Such a well designed mod! Been enjoying myself, but if you could add the expired medicine (I think that’s the item? It was buffed from 60% to a 50/50) buff that was added into buckshot, it would be much appreciated!!

Not sure why, but the extra health if I use hardmode is set as black hearts, which if the dealer hits me basically ends up deleting him and lets you get past that round as a result.
