Gentlemen, while we're sifting through the intelligence of recent missions, there's been a separate development.
The mayor has had enough of the SWAT Captain's renegade tactics, and asked for his badge and shield. And his other laminate.
Unfortunately, this comes at a bad time - SWAT were scheduled to raid a shantytown which has sprung up in a local apartment complex. With SWAT out of the picture, the mayor has asked us to do him a solid.

We don't have all the details of this camp, but the HNIC (Head Nowheraki terrorist In Charge) of the camp calls himself "Opium Magnus", and we suspect the camp also operates as an.. outdoor opium den.
I couldn't believe it either, I mean a "den" at least has a roof and walls, all this camp has is- well, either way. There are a number of terrorists in the camp, possibly along with a number of civilians.
Additionally, the terrorists have .. for some reason ... installed searchlights around the camp.
The apartment complex caretaker managed to bravely run and hide himself in a closet, and he has the keys to all the locked doors in the complex.
(He's reportedly "not creepy".)

SWAT's mission, should you choose to accept it, is to clear all hostiles from the shanty town, the neighbouring apartments, and to restore democracy. The operation will be financed under the SWAT budget, and we can unfortunately only afford to pay three of you this time.
