About the title...that's how the map is called.
If you have questions, contact the maker and ask the reason of why is that.
Anyway, this another stage (or "map-model") that in theory, shows how the "Student Council President (or SCP)"'s room is made of...or even the the CEO's room...in short, someone IMPORTANT.
Aside that, have fun with to mess around with

Features are:
*over 50 bones all made by myself;
*bodygroupables parts;
*possibility to change the "picture" with a custom image (switch to "picture_custom" first, and then replace the "black" texture with the image you want);
*cloaking option enabled;
*"Lights ON" through the skin section;
*simple physic.
