More&Stronger Elector Count State Troops

Description
Reduce the basic replenishment time of elector count state troops, and the initial capacity is 2(need new game)
        
  • 5turns:Swords of Ulric、Eldred's Guard、Nordland Mariners
        
  • 8turns:Noble Sons Abroad、Stir River Patrol、Gunderman's Surefires、Sootson's Guns
        
  • 10turns:Carroburg Greatswords、The Bordermen、Knights of Everlasting Light、Stubborn Bulls、Knights of Morr
        
  • 15turns:The Emperor's Wrath

Faction and Building effects:
        
  • Imperial Authority(76-99):mercenary replenishment time-15%-->-40%,leadership+4
        
  • Imperial Authority(100):mercenary replenishment time-30%-->-80%,leadership+8
        
  • Imperial Palace add elector count state troop pool capacity
        
  • Emperors decrees-Requisition cooldown reduce to 10/5turns
        
  • Remove nuln‘s gunnery school's effect about replenishment rate of emperors_wrath
        
  • Merge the technology of unlock elector count's state troops

The elector count state troop unit's recruit rank increase to the global recruit_rank.

The emperor can recruit state troop unit of the province controlled by the elector count with 10 loyalty.

The AI elector count can recruit their state troops also.



Enhance some weak elector count state troop unit:
        
  • Swords of Ulric: +2 defense,the Temple of Ulric unlock magic attack
        
  • Carroburg Greatswords: +4 attack/defense
        
  • Stir River Patrol:balance missile damage,contact effect-->flammable
        
  • The Noble Sons Abroad:enhance base attributes,make "extra reload" useful(infinite)
        
  • Sootson's Guns:shots leave fire patch on the ground!
        
  • Knights of the Everlasting: +2 attack/defense,+8 damage,enhance ability
        
  • Knights of Morr: +2 attack/defense,+8 damage,remake ability:remove undead

When I load up a game as gelt or franz everything works as intended. However if, with the unlocker, I start as middenland there is only one troop in the pool instead of two.

@Empereur du peuple 招募等级只看effect_bonus_value_ids_unit_sets_tables和
unit_set_to_unit_junctions_tables这两张表。10忠诚解锁是脚本改动比较大,不太建议和大修mod一起,主要是大修mod动了脚本你就得debug
