GTA IV Style Voice Chat Icon

Description
A simple texture change that changes the texture of the old blurry Player voice chat icon with a style of the GTA IV voicechat icon.

I wanted to use GTA IV's texture icon, but that's way too small, so I recreated it to my best. I think it turned out okay.

This will indeed work with LambdaPlayers and ZetaPlayers.

Contains an unused blurry version, not sure what to do with that yet. Have fun.
