ROCN-Kiangning 1932

ROCN-Kiangning is a semi-fictional protected cruiser with historical origin from the 6000 Tons Protected Cruiser plan designed by Uraga Dock for the ROC navy in 1931. However, admiral Chen Shaokuan replied in November to suspend the matter due to the Manchurian incident in September and rising tension between the two nations.

length: 162.5 m
Beam: 12.25 m
Draft: 4.87 m

Her armament includes 6 x 20 cm main guns in 3 turrets, 4 x 12 cm secondaries, 4 x 8 cm aa guns, and 6 x 53 cm torpedo tubes in 2 turrets.

History aside, in this fictional scenario, three of this design was built, including ROCN-Kiangning, ROCN-Kiangyin, and ROCN-Kiangtu. Which were respectively named after the old name of the capital Nanking, name of the city Jiangyin, and the old name of the city Yangzhou.
