Immersive Repairs - Vanilla Oxygen Patch

Description
Feature Patch
Patches Immersive Repairs to remove all changes to oxygen generators and vents, making the work like vanilla again.
So no more vent blade replacements or air filter cleaning.

The following items from Immersive Repairs will become unavailable, but can still be deconstructed if you still have them on your submarine:
- Air Filter
- Vent Blade

The following things will be converted back to their vanilla values:
- All Oxygen Generators
- All Vents

Load Order:
- Immersive Repairs - Vanilla Oxygen Patch
- Immersive Repairs
