Gentlemen, the Mayor was so impressed by your handling of Operation M.O.O.N.L.I.G.H.T. that he has tasked us with training the new SWAT team.
Well - they better learn quick. We just got a call about a possible hostage situation in the city, but the call broke off before we could get much info.
What we do know is there are four families living in an apartment building who may be at risk, but we don't have any more details.
One of the families' son moved out two years ago to live with his uncle in Kirgis.. Kirgiz.. uhh... abroad, and while he misses his parents, he has grown accustomed to roughing it with his uncle.
His parents waited for over a year but they have now converted his bedroom into an office/sewing room, and they hope to earn some extra money selling handmade clothes on the internet.
Another of the families is looking forward to having their dining room floor redone. Living in an apartment, of course they had to apply for a permit from the building owner.
A daughter in one of the apartments has just been accepted to college to study classical piano, and she's anxious about moving out, and rooming with a stranger.
A young man in one of the apartments has a doctorate in cybersecurity and works from home as a penetration tester for big companies around the world. He is currently the 156th richest in Nowheraki, but he doesn't like to show it.

OH! And by the way, there are two terrorist executioners on the scene; each of them has 5 possible locations. They will both start executing hostages (if there are any) 90 seconds after you arrive in the building.
They are both accompanied by terrorists of varying skill levels.

I know that's not a lot to go on.

SWAT's mission, should you choose to accept it, is to enter the building, gather information and assess the situation, neutralise any threats, and save any civilians on location.
You will be accompanied by SWAT recruits, and while you COULD sideline them, or use them as shields, either would be highly unprofessional.
So you won't do that. Right?
