GOM Heatsource Controller MkVII

This is a PID based MC to control all steam related heat sources, quickly overhauled my old versions with this being the result.

It's using a PID clamping the integral term to prevent windup, also uses an exponentially weighted moving average on the process variable as some sort of lowpass filter to reduce noise. Might rework it in the near future to also allow measuring and using derivatives of the initial process variable as further means of control.

Tested it on your typical run of the mill firebox/diesel furnace setups. Needs some more tweaking for reactors.
If you plan on using it on a reactor, use a temperature sensor inside the reactor chamber for the temperature.
