Tool Panel > Options > Chazbrew > NPC Collsion > Enable / Disable NPC Collision.

it'd be great if there was an addon that could allow us to change npc's hull size, but this addon is dope aswell

spawn menu -> settings area > ZBase > general > NPC Nocollide
