Report a translation problem
Two things are wrong with the medicine cabinet actually.
1) the texture files for north and south are switched meaning it's not properly rotated when you place it down.
2) The medicine cabinet of LWM doesn't have its mask applied. It's actually supposed to have a piece that applies the 'stuff' color to the cabinet and a piece that is glass / metal. If you look at the texture there are tools in the middle of the medicine cabinet but they show up in the color of the stuff you used to make it, that's not actually supposed to happen. You can see how it is supposed to look in the ''Extended Storage (Continued)'' mod which uses the same storage unit, it has a preview image of the medicine cabinet for reference.
You can easily fix this if you add the '<shaderType>CutoutComplex</shaderType>' to ithe medicine cabinet's <graphicData> node.
I have it fixed on my end since forever but I never bothered to publish it as a mod.
