Elf Destiny Invite Elf

Description
A small submod that changes the Invite Noble from perl (All credits to him) to be used to invite a noble Elf into your court. Being Open Hearted or an Elven Supremacist will bring different results when inviting your future subjects.

Yes, it is the premise of the mod, otherwise it would complicate things. Since 99% of the time players select that almost day one I figured it wouldn't be a problem.

This does not work seamlessly with Elf Destiny lite due to the way they implemented the other traits that are used for the mod, as they use traits and not the flags the main mod uses.

The other mod is not required, I just listed it since majority of players asked me so it would be easy to find both.

Should be updated now, managed to fix the decisions bug.
