This mod adds the following items to Rimworld:

Flyers:
Flyers are items that can be created using the Writing Table from Vanilla Books Expanded. They have no value and can be made very quickly. They come in two varieties:

Religious Flyer: Ideoligious propaganda, can be fired via Drop Pod onto enemy bases to reduce their factions faith in their ideology and increase faith in yours.
Throw enough religious fliers at another faction's base, and they will eventually bend to our lord and savior Gol-Goroloth The Feaster of Meat. Serves as an alternative to the “Spread the Word” mod.
If the ideology you are trying to convert is accepting of different religious beliefs, they are easier to convert, while the more bigoted they are, the harder it will be to convert them.

Propaganda Flyer: Propaganda fliers can be fired via Drop Pod onto enemy bases to improve faction relations, as if you had thrown something valuable their way. This does not work as effectively on enemy colonies that already hate you. Raiders have a small chance of being sent your way for every flyer you send them, while it still improves relations regardless.

Books:
You have two different kinds of Books as well, Religious Texts, and Cultural Manifesto’s These take as long as normal Vanila Expanded books to write, and they are improved by the author’s Social skill. The books are as follows:

Religious Texts: Ideology books, these books reduce Certainty in a person’s Ideoligion, provided their Ideoligion is different from the Author’s beliefs, if their faith matches the authors, it instead increases certainty. This can be used with the Prisoners Need Recreation or similar mods in order to passively decrease certainty in prisoners.

Manifesto’s: Manifesto’s are books which expound on the cultural superiority of the colony and its people, they passively reduce prisoner Resistance when they read them, which makes it easier for your Warden’s to win them over and bring them into the colony. This should also be used with Prisoners Need Recreation or similar mods in order to passively decrease Resistance in prisoners.
