Description
Includes normal, and hard versions.

Hard version you're Blue Baby with 3 soul hearts and have to kill Isaac.

While the normal one you're Isaac with 3 hearts and a black heart, and must kill It Lives.

Treasure rooms can appear. I'm honestly not sure if the hard version is even possible.
