New York City [PS5 Spider-Man 2]

Continuing the tradition of bringing the videogame cities as maps for CS1. This time it's New York City in it's rendition from 2023 Marvel's Spider-Man 2 game.

It's actually a second (well, third if we count Liberty City) NYC map i made. Use the Image Overlay Renewal for recreate original game streets.

I was tired to make this map as much closer to the original game size, using Jetengine@2049 Madison Square Garden as scaling point.

The map have connection through Lincoln Tunnel and Holland Tunnel. I also include a decent chunk of New Jersey with multiple highway exits, to build a industries or massive suburban area in here.
I also make a railroad connection in Queens, somewhere where train station from original game was placed

81 Tiles 2 or any other simlair mod IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED for full map experience! You can't use all intended buildable map areas without it.

Temperate map theme.
Mass Transit DLC is needed.

Known issues:

Due to high ammount of trees this map may to long load on lower-end PCs, but i am don't sure.
