Sword of Khaine as a banner + transferable + buffs + positive penalties

Description
This changes the item type of Sword of Khaine to a banner/general so it can be equipped in one of the 6 ancillary slots, freeing up the weapon slot for any weapon you want to keep using.

It also adds some big buffs and makes it so that's it transferable between lords/heroes.

Should be compatible with any mod that doesn't touch the Sword of Khaine.

This is my first ever mod, like ever, so please go easy on me >_<

I don't have/play WH3 (yet) so I can't port it to that game, but if there's anyone who'd like to do so you're more than welcome to.



P.S. This mod is save game compatible so it should be safe to install mid-campaign. The weapon will disappear from your weapon slot and become available as a follower/banner. If you can't see it on the lord who originally had it, switch to another lord and transfer it to him then transfer it back. This might reset the stages back to stage 1 though, not sure.

@Ulad I found the issue, the -winds of magic cast was the culprit. Apparently if it takes a spell cost down to 0 the game will think it's an item ability. Anyway I reduced it down to -1 -2 -3 per level and it should work now.

Let me know if you face the same issues at level 2 or 3 and I will remove this bonus completely.

@Uald it could be the game trying to deal with too many spells? try the less op version which has no extra abilities.

@bycomet yes, I haven't personally tested it yet since I didin't lose a battle with it, but I think it should work just like the weapon version.

There is a very strange point about this mod, if you take this blade and wait for its 2nd level, it turns out that the spells from the right side of the screen where the spells are located will move to the left side where the abilities are located. Thus, it is not possible to use all the abilities of the character.

Anything about getting or losing this banner after a battle? Same as it is as a weapon?
