Yes, someone has already beaten me to the punch with an Unrecord map. However, that map has several issues that I don't think the mapper will address. So instead, I decided to take a jab at making my own interpretation of the warehouse seen in the Unrecord trailer. It's not 1:1 to the original trailer unlike the other version but it's suitable enough I think. Also, since the entire trailer was filmed in jump-cuto-vision it was really hard to parse the actual layout of the map so I had to go off by pure guesswork and creativity. I think it worked out tho.

Great map, but I did wish it was slightly bigger with more routes and places to go and fight. Then again this is seemingly how the O.G map was.

this runs like its default half life 2 which is extremely smooth,THERE IS NOT A SINGLE MAP THAT IS THIS OPTIMIZED,LIKE I CAN RUN SOME RANDOM MAP AND IT LAGS THE SHIT OUTTA MY COMPUTER

Hey I haven't bothered to check in LDR, but it looks like you may have forgotten to build the cubemaps in HDR as there are none present on this map despite the entities existing. Just figured you'd wanna know.
